National, non-profit organisation
The association a:primo is committed to the early childhood development and equity of opportunity. The preventive programmes are offered to communities and schools throughout Switzerland.
Learning through play from the beginning
schritt:weise is a playing and learning programme for children aged 1-5 from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. The programme is offered in both the German-speaking and French-speaking parts of Switzerland.
Building bridges between the family and the school
ping:pong facilitates the transition to school for parents and their 3 to 6-year-old children. Parents and specialists from institutions work together to ensure that the child has a good start in the kindergarten.
Multicultural children's books
The a:primo online shop offers a selection of children’s books and kamishibai in various languages including German, French, Italian, English, Tigrinya, Arabic, Portuguese, Tamil, Albanian and Turkish.
